Child Profile Writer
World Help is seeking a Child Profile Writer whose main responsibility will be writing biographies for children in the sponsorship program. This position reports to the Director of Child Sponsorship.
Specific Duties: Writer will use information provided by our international partners to create a compelling child profile. Will also proof read and edit biographies written by other Child Profile Writers and prepare profiles to be sent out for sponsorship. Other duties may include database updating and assisting the Child Sponsorship Department as needs arise.
Qualifications: A creative and detail oriented person, with writing, proofing and editing experience. An ideal candidate is someone who can work within strict deadlines and has the ability to work with little variation in given tasks throughout the week. The candidate should have experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Database experience is preferred but not required.
Scheduling Coordinator
World Help is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator who, under the supervision of the Director of Scheduling, will participate in the scheduling process for the Children of the World Choir as they tour the U.S. on a 10-month tour.
Specific Duties: Schedule the Children of the World Choir in Churches & Christian Schools throughout the United States. Work with the Lead Generator to develop and maintain relationships with churches. Keep accurate records of communication with churches and schools. Provide resources to contacts about the COTW.
Qualifications: Sales/customer service experience required, good communication skills and phone experience preferred; ability to multitask and work as a team. Candidate should have computer experience and be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite. Database experience preferred.

Lead Generator
World Help is seeking a Lead Generator who will be responsible for working alongside the Scheduling Coordinator to expand the footprint of World Help by researching new venues in the U.S. for the Children of the World Choir to visit. This position reports to the Scheduling Team Leader.
Specific duties: Responsible for adding contacts to the database. This is done by internet research, and making contacts via phone or email with churches and schools. Lead Generators will be the initial contact for World Help and the Children of the World choir, building relationships with them, and generating interest in hosting the choir. Weekly goals will be set.
Qualifications: Ability to effectively navigate the internet for research. Must have great communication skills and relate well to others on the phone. An ideal candidate would be able to work well under deadlines. Candidate should have computer experience and be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite. Database experience preferred. Must work well with others and have heart for missions.
