Our speakers are passionate, knowledgeable, and personally invested advocates in our mission to bring help and hope to a hurting world. Collectively, they deliver messages of inspiration, motivation, and poverty awareness to classrooms, churches, universities, conferences, fundraising events, and large-scale venues nationwide.

Vernon’s visionary leadership fuels the creation and development of every facet of World Help. Before founding the faith-based humanitarian organization in 1991, Vernon served as a Vice President of Liberty University, his alma mater, and currently the largest evangelical university in the world.

Vernon is a regular speaker at Liberty’s televised convocations, and was privileged to deliver the Baccalaureate address to the class of 2011. His passion for making an eternal impact has led him to author five books and travel to speaking venues all around the world. Vernon has also appeared on Fox News, TBN, and the Liberty Channel.

Expertise: Visionary leadership, global missions, international development, radical risk-taking, building an eternal legacy.

Noel’s extensive expertise in the areas of advocacy and engagement has propelled World Help to unprecedented levels of growth and exposure in recent years. She personally spearheads both causelife and Operation Baby Rescue initiatives, playing an active role in campaign planning.

Noel regularly takes the stage for speaking engagements and advocacy events across the country, including the Justice Conference in Portland, OR, and convocation addresses on the campuses of Liberty and Cedarville Universities. Noel has been widely recognized for her groundbreaking book Awake: Doing a World of Good One Person at a Time.

Expertise: Child advocacy, clean-water initiatives, holistic community development, humanitarian aid, supporter fundraising and empowerment, inspirational leadership.

Born and raised in the Central African Republic, Cyrus deeply understands the daunting challenges of poverty faced by millions on the continent of Africa . . . as well as the remarkable potential for restoration and redemption. Holding several degrees at the highest level of academic achievement, combined with remarkable fluency in five languages, and a contagious passion for people, Cyrus offers an inspiring perspective of what God can do with those who are willing to serve Him.

He has spoken at a number of influential venues around the world including McLean Bible in Washington D.C. and Liberty University Law School’s Symposium on the Rwandan genocide.

Expertise: Africa-based spiritual and community development, global missions, the complexities of poverty, initiating lasting change in war-torn communities, sustainable agriculture, orphan care.

Tom’s commitment to global church-planting efforts has enabled the Gospel to go forth to some of the most unreached and persecuted areas in the world. Years of field experience working with pastors, church planters, and Bible distribution partners led Tom to engineer the framework that has introduced countless people to Christ—some in the most persecuted areas of the world.

Tom’s passion is to communicate the vision of World Help to individuals and churches in search of meaningful ways to make a difference. Tom is a regular speaker both at international and domestic venues. He operates out of southern California and is a regular speaker at San Diego’s Shadow Mountain Church, led by the acclaimed pastor, Dr. David Jeremiah.

Expertise: Spiritual leadership and development, strategic church planting, global missions, church partnership, and empowerment.
