Operation Baby Rescue in Uganda
This month, our blogging theme will focus on the Operation Baby Rescue initiative in Uganda. We’re so excited to give you the first look into the newest developments there.
Our goal in 2014 is to expand this rapidly-growing program by building three “rescue homes” on our partner campus. Learn more about the project here. The blogging group will be sharing more about this need during their upcoming trip and this is the perfect way for us to join them and maximize awareness together as a team.
Our prayer is that this advocacy will not produce temporary sympathy—or knowledge without action—but that it will renew hope in a healthy Africa while giving our readers the tools they need to do something about it.
This is a big month for our community and we’re looking forward to diving into the tasks God has placed in front of us. Thank you for sharing the vision with us. Thank you for being a part of transforming lives in Uganda and around the world.
Please don’t hesitate to contact Claire Riss, our online community manager, with any questions you may have. We’re looking forward to hearing what God places on your heart this month!
