Jose may be shy, but he comes out of his shell whenever he gets to ride his bike with his close friends. He works hard to get good grades in school and especially enjoys working with numbers in his math class. When Jose grows up, he dreams of becoming a police officer so he can protect his community.
Jose is all too familiar with poverty. His father works on the land, while his mother sells clothes for extra income. Even though they work hard, they still struggle to make ends meet. As a result, Jose often goes without his daily needs. Through sponsorship, Jose will receive things like nutritious meals and educational assistance.
Through the help of a caring sponsor, Jose will have hope for a brighter future. Most importantly, he will have the opportunity to hear the message of God’s love.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
