Meet Esther

ID: UGAKBA253

Esther is a young girl full of humility and kindness. At school, she enjoys learning and particularly thrives in her drawing class. When she is not in school or doing her chores, she can often be found playing various games with her friends around the village. In the future, Esther hopes to attend college one day to become a nurse. Esther was born into a poor family with eight children. Their father is absent most of the time as he works many hours to help the family survive. Esther?s mother stays home with the kids struggling to provide for their needs. Sponsorship will now provide Esther with things like nutritious meals, durable clothing, basic medical care, and a quality education.

“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”

— Lita, Kentucky

“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”

— Kayla, Virginia

“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”

— Margaret, California
