Provide Emergency Help to Typhoon Victims in the Philippines
The death toll continues to rise after a powerful typhoon struck the Philippines on Thursday, Dec. 16.
Super Typhoon Rai demolished homes, churches, and schools in many communities, and people are still missing as a result of the devastation the storm left in its path. Winds reached more 120 mph, and countless people evacuated their homes, trying to find safety.
More than 350 people have died, at least 500 have suffered injuries, and countless are left without shelter or power.
World Help’s partners are responding to help families in our child sponsorship programs that were directly affected by Super Typhoon Rai. Families lost everything … including their livelihoods. Our partners are focusing on helping families rebuild homes, schools, and church buildings.
Your $50 gift today will help rebuild, restore livelihoods, and cover urgent medical expenses. Please give as generously as you can to help these families in their greatest hour of need.
