Just Love: A video devotional

Feb 13, 2022

Most of all, love each other as if your life depended on it. Love makes up for practically anything. — 1 Peter 4:8 (MSG)

It’s February, and love is in the air.

But amidst all the excitement that comes with Valentine’s Day, it’s important not to lose sight of love as an intentional action rather than just a feeling. Jesus demonstrates what real love looks like, and we should strive to follow His example.

Watch this short devotional video from World Help president, Noel Brewer Yeatts, as she reflects on the season of love:

Just love. The smallest words can be so powerful, and it really is that simple. Everything else will follow when we make it our mission to love others the way God loves us.

One way you can show God’s love to others is by making sure their immediate needs are met.

During his years of ministry on Earth, Jesus loved the people around them by providing for them both physically and spiritually. He healed the sick. He fed the 5,000.

And He’s called us to do the same.
