Liyang-Liyang is a sweet and responsible little girl who loves to play volleyball and help take care of her little sister. She always tries to do her best in school and especially enjoys her ESP class because it teaches valuable life lessons and good character. One day, Liyang-Liyang hopes to become a teacher to help children learn.
Liyang-Liyang's family belongs to a Filipino tribal group that struggles with severe poverty. Her father is a farmer, and her mother serves as a public health worker, encouraging good health practices among the tribe. Unfortunately, the little money they make is not enough to support their children’s needs. Sponsorship will provide Liyang-Liyang with things like nutritious meals and educational assistance.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
