Myanmar has one of the lowest life expectancies of any Southeast Asian country. 18.6 million people need humanitarian assistance, including access to food, clean water, and medical care.
Children have been significantly affected by the ongoing humanitarian crisis. Over six million boys and girls face food insecurity. Many of them can’t go to school and have fallen victim to child labor. Human trafficking and forced labor are also widespread.
