Help Introduce A Girl To Freedom From The Sex Industry

The need | Girls trapped in a life of cultural slavery

In many communities in Thailand and in the Banchara tribe of India, girls are expected to be the primary breadwinners for their families … at any cost. Since most of these girls are too poor to attend school, they are left with no choice but to turn to a life in the sex industry. They feel it is their duty. But they hate every minute of it.

The pressure these girls face amounts to cultural slavery. Though physical chains may not bind them, they are instead bound by poverty and traditional expectations. Each girl faces a dark future of extreme physical and emotional abuse — a future without hope.

Poverty tells these girls they have no choice. You have the power to tell them a different story.

Strategy | Education and opportunity

Our partners in India and Thailand are ready to provide these girls with a safe place to live and a chance to gain their freedom. These girls and young women will receive an education while living in a loving, family-style environment.

How you can help

You will help provide critical needs such as a safe place to live, counseling, education, medical care, outreach, and so much more.

  • $50 helps introduce one girl to freedom
  • $600 provides one girl with long-term care and rehabilitation

All their lives, these girls have been told that their only worth is found in their bodies. Your gift will show them they are loved and give them a chance at a new life.
