“His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’” — Matthew 25:23 (NIV)
You’ve probably heard the parable of the talents. In this famous story, a wealthy man placed three servants in charge of separate portions of his money. Two invested it for a greater return while one hid his in the ground.
When the master returned, he praised the two who had multiplied the money — and that’s where it gets interesting.
