You don’t have to fly overseas to have a global impact — you can make a difference right here in Lynchburg by volunteering on Serve the World Day, our biggest volunteer event of the year! Come together with the local community on Nov. 6, 2026, to serve others and honor Patrick on the anniversary of his passing by doing what he did every day: bless others.
At World Help’s Humanitarian Aid Distribution Center, volunteers will pack Critical Care Kits filled with hygiene items and other essentials to ship to families in need around the world. Your time and effort will directly translate into help and hope for thousands of people, reminding them that someone cares and that they are not forgotten.
Registration is open Oct. 1 – Nov. 2, but spaces fill up quickly, so reserve yours soon. We can’t wait to serve the world with you!
