The International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church

Blog Team
Nov 09, 2012

The International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church is just days away . . . but you don’t have to wait to start praying.

November 11 marks a global collaboration of believers interceding for their brothers and sisters experiencing persecution. Don’t forget to download our free prayer bulletin as a tool that you can easily share with your own church body. In the days leading up to this event, please begin to pray for these victims. Ask God to move the American church into action. Pray that our eyes would be opened to the realities of persecution in our world today. And on behalf of the Christ followers that are close to giving up hope, pray that they will be encouraged, rejuvenated, and filled with hope.

What a critical moment this is for the international body of Christ. We’re not only asking God to bring renewal to persecuted believers, we’re investing in eternity. You also have the unique opportunity to join World Help as we distribute Bibles to these suffering Christians. What better way of providing comfort than by giving the gift of the Word of God?
