Russia has invaded Ukraine.
As you read this, thousands of Ukrainian families are on the run … and they desperately need your help today.
There have already been attacks by land, sea, and the air all across the country as well as reports of civilian casualties. The streets of Ukraine’s capital are clogged with traffic as people run for their lives.
Experts predict that this invasion will lead to a continent-wide humanitarian crisis across Europe as displaced people pour into Poland and other countries to escape the violence in Ukraine.
These displaced families will need food, water, and other essentials to survive.
World Help is working with national Ukrainian partners who are ready to respond to this tremendous need. But they need your help.
Here’s how you can make a difference in this crisis:
1. Pray. People are terrified. They’re wondering if this invasion is the start of a years-long war and don’t know when if ever they’ll be able to return home. Please pause whatever you are doing today and spend some time in prayer for the people of Ukraine.
2. Give. Every $35 you give provides a week’s worth of food, water, and other essentials for one displaced person in Ukraine or another high-conflict area. You can meet their most urgent physical needs and show them the love of Christ.
Please do what you can to assist Ukrainians fleeing this violence.
Your involvement during this critical time will help save lives and remind the families caught in the middle of this conflict that they are not alone.
