VIDEO: We’re at the Ukraine border

Last week, World Help sent a team to the Ukraine border to come alongside national partners and provide refugee relief. They found that the need is even greater than they imagined … and it’s going to get worse before it gets better.

Unicef reported that in under two weeks, a million children have been forced to flee Ukraine. That number doesn’t even include the men and women fleeing with them. Nowhere is safe, and it seems that nowhere is off-limits for Russian forces. Airstrikes have targeted residential neighborhoods, roads, and even hospitals.

Ukrainians are so afraid right now … and they desperately need your help.

Displaced families need food, shelter, warm clothes, and more. But our World Help team recognized that the needs go far beyond that. Refugees also need things like transportation to the border and assistance finding more permanent housing.

Hear from Kraig Cole, Director of International Partnerships, about what the border is like:

You may not be able to get to the Ukraine border right now, but that doesn’t mean you can’t make a difference from right where you are. You can impact the life of a refugee from anywhere in the world.

Every $35 you give provides one displaced person in Ukraine or another high-conflict area with essentials like food, warm clothing, and basic medical care for a whole week.

Not only will your gift meet immediate physical needs, but it will also show a refugee how much you care. Best of all, it will give them the opportunity to hear about Jesus. Your $35 gift will have an eternal impact!

Please give as generously as you can.
