Why does March 31 matter? Just ask William.

World Help’s fiscal year is nearly over, and we need your help before March 31 to avoid a revenue shortfall.

Why is this so important? Because a shortfall would mean people who are depending on lifesaving essentials like food, clean water, and medical supplies may not receive the critical help they need.

Take it from William.

William is a pastor from a small village in Tanzania, miles away from the nearest river. He knows what it’s like to live every day without access to clean water, the most basic human need.

He said, “It is very difficult to live without water. Women have to travel long distances … to go and fetch water before the water is dried up or polluted [by] the animals. This is causing different types of diseases like cholera.”

The village can’t survive without water, so women wake up as early as 3 a.m. to travel to the nearest river. This is incredibly dangerous because the river water is risky to drink, and women must travel through unsafe areas to reach it.

“The rates of rape also [are going up] since the women have to wake up so early,” William explained. “[Clean water] will give us life. The clean water will assure our safety in the sense that there will be no more rape, and we will also have time to concentrate on job productivity.”

People like William are counting on us for help … and a revenue shortfall would mean we wouldn’t be able to meet the needs of as many people like him in the coming year.

But YOU can help make sure that doesn’t happen.

When you give before March 31, your donation will automatically DOUBLE, thanks to a $150,000 matching gift!

It usually takes $14 to help one person, but since your gift now DOUBLES, every $14 will help TWO people when you give today. There’s never been a better time to make an impact!

Will you give today to help prevent a revenue shortfall and make a difference for people in need like William?
