Emmie is a smart young girl who loves get outside and play soccer with her friends in her free time. She is a diligent student, and she really enjoys learning new things about science in school. With a kind heart, Emmie wants to become a doctor when she grows up so that she can help heal other people.
Emmie has been through a lot of heartache in her young life. Her mother left her father because of his mental disability, and she also left her children with him. Unable to work, her father has had to give them up to a children’s home so that they can get the care they need.
