Shine is a happy, quiet boy. He excels in all of his classes, but English is his favorite. When he isn’t studying, he enjoys drawing and is a very talented artist. His goal is to one day work for the Indian government so he can make a difference in his community.
Shine lives with his parents and two siblings. Both of his parents work as missionaries. Although they have dedicated a lot of time to their ministry, their income is not enough to provide for all of Shine’s needs. Because of sponsorship, Shine will receive things like nutritious meals and educational assistance.

How Sponsorship Works
Choose a child to sponsor from the country of your choice
Receive your welcome packet in the mail with more info on your child
Continue giving monthly or annually to meet your child's needs and write letters to stay in touch

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
