Buloba is a small community located on the outskirts of Kampala, Uganda’s capital city. Because of Buloba’s long and spiritually dark history, many residents don’t know or follow Jesus. They desperately need to experience God’s love through the power of help and hope.
This community also suffers from high rates of poverty, and many of the children don’t have the resources they need to thrive. Because their families often struggle to afford essentials, most boys and girls eat only one meal a day. Sometimes, they don’t eat at all.
Leading & Loving It is teaming up with World Help to raise $23,000 to provide a year of weekly Sunday meals for 550 children and a new playground in Buloba. And since this lifesaving food will be distributed through a local church, it will also open the door for children and their families to hear the Gospel.
Your donation will impact a total of 2,750 children and their family members in Uganda by giving them help for today and hope for tomorrow. And through your generosity, the children of Buloba will receive the resources they need to pursue a brighter future!

Your gift will be used exclusively for the exempt purposes of World Help, a 501(c)(3) organization, and will be considered tax-deductible to the full extent allowed under the federal tax laws. You should consult with your personal income tax advisor for more guidance about your individual tax situation. Gifts are considered to be without restriction unless explicitly stipulated by the donor. All restricted gifts for a specific project receive an administrative assessment, which is used to offset administrative and fundraising costs. If contributed funds exceed the specific need of a project, or due to unforeseen circumstances the project cannot be completed, those funds will be used where they will make the greatest impact to fulfill the mission and purpose of World Help.
