Samuella is an outgoing girl who loves to sing and play games. She works hard to earn good grades in school and especially enjoys learning more in French class. With a passion for knowledge, Samuella dreams of using her education to one day become a teacher.
Samuella is no stranger to poverty. Her father struggles to find a stable job in their community, and her mother stays home to care for the children. With only one small income, the family struggles to make ends meet, and Samuella often goes without her daily needs.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
