Liesse is a quiet girl who enjoys cooking and helping in the kitchen. She works hard in school and especially enjoys studying English. One day, she hopes to become a teacher so she can share her knowledge with children in her community.
Liesse is the fourth of five children, with two brothers and two sisters. Her mother works as a seamstress while her father has no job. Although her parents do their best, they are often unable to provide for all the needs of their children.
