Liona is a sweet and tender-hearted little girl who enjoys singing and dancing with her many friends. As she is just starting school, she likes to learn new things, but especially likes to show off her counting skills. With a compassionate heart, Liona dreams of one day becoming a doctor so that she can help those who are sick and hurting. Liona's father is unable to secure a steady job, so he spends each day searching for odd jobs throughout town. Despite his best efforts, he often earns a very minimal income. Since her mother stays at home to take care of the children, she is unable to help financially. Through sponsorship, Liona will receive things like durable clothing and a continuing education.
