Gloria has a very active spirit and loves to play and sing with her friends. She is excelling in school and especially likes her language and math classes. When she grows up, Gloria hopes to be able to protect her community as a police officer. Gloria?s father neglects the family and wastes away their minimal income by purchasing alcohol. As her mother does not have a steady job to provide for her daughter, they now live with her aunt. Although she works hard to support Gloria and provide her basic needs, her efforts continually fall short. Now, through sponsorship, Gloria will have access to things like durable clothing, basic medical care, and a continuing education.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
