Promise is a very joyful and social little girl who can almost always be seen with a smile on her face. She is a talented athlete, and she loves to play netball with her friends whenever she can. With dreams of traveling the world, Promise hopes to one day become a pilot. Promise comes from a poor family living in Uganda. Neither of her parents can find stable work to support their family. Therefore, they search day-to-day for odd jobs around town to earn a minimal income. Due to their circumstances, they are often unable to provide for many of their children?s most basic needs. Because of sponsorship, Promise will now receive things like an education, durable clothing, and nutritious food.

Continue giving monthly or annually to meet your child's needs and write letters to stay in touch
Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
