Anan is a very polite young girl with a gentle spirit. As she is working hard in school, she particularly enjoys expressing her creativity through her English class. Anan dreams of one day using her education to become a nurse in her village. Anan is a victim of poverty. Her parents work long, hot days under the sun as peasant farmers in their community, but they often earn only minimal wages. They want to see their daughter succeed in life, but are discouraged by their current situation. Sponsorship will now enable Anan to have things like nutritious meals and a quality education.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
