With an outgoing and talkative personality, it is not uncommon to find Joshua playing with his many friends. He can frequently be seen playing soccer outside in order to release much of his stored up energy. One day, Joshua dreams of becoming a teacher so he can help others learn. Joshua is certainly no stranger to poverty. His father is a construction worker and his mother works as a vegetable vendor, but their income has proved to be small and inconsistent. Due to their situation, Joshua?s most basic needs often go unmet. Sponsorship will provide Joshua with things like nutritious meals and a quality education.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
