Meet Joseph

ID: UGAGSS2904

Joseph is a shy young boy who loves to play soccer with his friends. At home, he helps his parents by fetching water, and his best subject in school is art. In the future, Joseph hopes that he will be able to serve his country as the president of Uganda. Joseph?s parents work hard to provide for their children, but often they cannot meet their needs or pay for education costs. As petty workers, their income is reliant on the odd jobs they can find in their village. Despite their best efforts, it is near impossible to make ends meet. Sponsorship will now provide Joseph with things like nutritious food, durable clothing, and a continuing education.

“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”

— Lita, Kentucky

“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”

— Kayla, Virginia

“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”

— Margaret, California
