A social young girl, Majourine has many friends and loves singing and dancing with them whenever she can. At school, she works hard to succeed in her classes, but her favorite is drawing and art. With great ambition, Majourine hopes to use her education to become a doctor one day. Majourine was the tenth child born into a poor family. Her parents are simple peasants who make a small income each day. They frequently struggle to put food on the table, let alone pay for their children's school fees. Sponsorship will provide Majourine with things like nutritious meals, durable clothing, and a quality education.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
