Joy is a social, talented girl who loves to go swimming with her friends. She is doing very well in school and enjoys equations and solving problems in her math class. When Joy grows up, she hopes to become a businesswoman to help the people in her village.
Joy is no stranger to hardship. Her parents made the difficult decision to send her to live with her grandparents because they couldn’t afford to care for her. Unfortunately, the small income her grandfather earns doing odd jobs often isn’t enough to provide Joy with her basic needs either. Through sponsorship, Joy will receive things like nutritious meals, durable clothing, and a quality education.

How Sponsorship Works
Choose a child to sponsor from the country of your choice
Receive your welcome packet in the mail with more info on your child
Continue giving monthly or annually to meet your child's needs and write letters to stay in touch

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
