David is a quiet little boy with a strong sense of curiosity. He loves to learn how things work and enjoys going to school. He especially likes his reading class. One of his favorite ways to stay active is being outside, riding his bicycle. He also enjoys playing soccer with his friends. When David grows up, he hopes to become a pilot so that he can travel and learn more about the world.
Unfortunately, David is no stranger to poverty. His parents are unable to find stable jobs, so the family struggles to make ends meet. David’s parents love their children very much, but they can’t afford to provide for their son’s daily needs. Sponsorship will provide David with things like nutritious meals and a quality education.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
