Meet Elizabeth

ID: UGAKWA026

Elizabeth is a friendly and young girl who enjoys playing with all her friends. Her favorite subject in school is writing, where she is learning to write essays, expand vocabulary, and construct stories. Elizabeth dreams of becoming a pilot when she grows up to fly different kinds of planes and travel around, up in the sky.

Elizabeth has grown up with many obstacles to overcome. She currently lives with her mother and her father. Her parents care for the children, but do not have permanent jobs. At this time, their income is not enough to consistently provide Elizabeth with what she needs. Sponsorship will provide Elizabeth with things like nutritious meals and a quality education to help fulfill her dream of becoming a pilot.

“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”

— Lita, Kentucky

“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”

— Kayla, Virginia

“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”

— Margaret, California
