Poverty and tradition have trapped them in cultural slavery.
These girls endure humiliation, abuse, and shame day after day. Many will start as young as 12 years old and will quit only when they are too sick to continue.
But you can help. All it takes is $50 to help introduce one girl to freedom. You will provide critical needs such as a safe place to live, counseling, education, medical care, outreach, and more.

Thailand
In Thailand, women are expected to be breadwinners for their families. Girls from poor, rural communities are often drawn to the big cities by promise of economic opportunity, but they soon find themselves working in bars and on the streets. More than 45,000 girls and young women work in the sex industry in Pattaya and Bangkok alone.
India
Deep in the heart of India, there is a low-caste tribe called the Banchara. For more than 500 years, they have practiced a tradition known as Nari Mata. It means that the oldest girl in every family must begin her career as a sex worker at age 12 to help pay for her brothers’ marriage dowries. The dowries are often so expensive that these girls will spend their entire lives paying off these debts.
