Your gift came just in time for people running out of basic essentials
In early October, war broke out in the Holy Land after Hamas fighters attacked Israel. Since then, tens of thousands of people have been displaced.
Thankfully, generous donors were quick to respond to the immediate needs of innocent families. Their generosity allowed our partners on the ground to mobilize and distribute critical aid like food, clothing, medical kits, and more during this time of need.
Distributed emergency supplies to earthquake victims in Afghanistan …
Our Front Line donors were among the first to respond to this crisis
A series of large earthquakes recently rocked western Afghanistan — killing over 2,000 people.
This natural disaster pushed a nation of people already struggling to survive further into poverty … especially those living in internal displacement camps.
But through the giving of people like YOU, earthquake victims received lifesaving aid like food, clothing, and gas stoves to get back on their feet.
Shipped five containers of aid around the globe …
Every $1 you donate to cover shipping costs sends $16 worth of aid to help people like Evelyn
In just one month, World Help volunteers and donors helped ship five containers of lifesaving aid to Honduras, Iraq, Peru, and Ukraine.
These containers were filled with an estimated $1.16 million worth of supplies — which will help 35,000 people like Evelyn.
Evelyn is a 7-year-old girl from the mountainous region of Peru. At night, the temperatures in her village frequently drop below freezing … and Evelyn had no way to keep warm. But when one of these containers arrived in her community, she received a brand-new coat!
“I love my new coat. I will be very warm with this,” Evelyn said.
Helped the Gospel reach remote communities in Peru …
When you give a Bible to a new believer, they often share it with at least five people!
A church group recently traveled to Peru with World Help and served alongside our partner, spreading the Gospel in the Amazon region.
During their trip, they were an incredible blessing to the staff and the communities they worked in. As a result of the ongoing ministry, 19 people committed their lives to Christ and were baptized!

Our child sponsorship program in Burundi is growing!
This year, our partner saw a record number of children enroll in the school. To accommodate the growing student body, our incredible supporters helped construct a new bathroom and hand-washing stations!
… and served at a medical clinic in Uganda!
This medical clinic provides physical and spiritual aid in Uganda
Two church groups traveled with World Help to spend back-to-back weeks in Uganda.
During their time on the ground, these teams met the medical needs of multiple communities. Between the two groups, more than 4,000 patients were seen, treated, and prayed over!
Thank you to each and every person in the World Help family who helped meet these urgent needs. You were truly the hands and feet of Jesus for many people living in poverty.
