Jabesh is a friendly, artistic boy. He can often be found drawing pictures while singing his favorite worship song. Full of energy, he is always up for a game of netball or any other sport. Jabesh says he wants to become a police officer when he grows up so he can help protect people. When Jabesh was very young, his father used to be abusive and waste their family?s money on alcohol. However, God completely transformed his life, and he is now serving the needs of lepers in their village. Because he had to quit his previous job to do this work, their family now relies on the kindness of others to meet their needs. Through sponsorship, Jabesh will receive things like healthy food and a continuing education.
