Smriti is a kind and helpful girl who loves to play soccer and dance with her friends. She enjoys school, and works hard to get good grades. Her favorite subject is math. When she grows up, Smriti hopes to become a doctor so she can help the sick and injured in her community.
Smriti has had a very hard life. Her mother took her own life, and her father, who wastes money on drugs, left Smriti with her grandmother. Her grandmother does her best to support Smriti, but her old age inhibits her from meeting all of Smriti’s needs. Sponsorship will give Smriti access to things like durable clothing and a quality education.

Receive your welcome packet in the mail with more info on your child
Continue giving monthly or annually to meet your child's needs and write letters to stay in touch

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
