David is known for his cheerful attitude and his ability to make people laugh. He is working hard in school and particularly likes studying for his math class. David is protective by nature and hopes to one day become a police officer so he can serve and protect his village. David?s father abandoned the family when he was just a baby, and he provides no financial support. Although his mother works hard to provide for her children, her efforts continually fall short. Sponsorship will now provide David with access to things like an education, school uniforms, and nutritious meals.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
