Henry is an active, energetic young boy who loves to play soccer with his friends. He works hard to earn good grades and excels in his favorite art class. With great ambition, Henry hopes to become a doctor and care for the ill in his village. Henry comes from a very poor home life, living with his parents in Uganda. His parents work long hours as petty traders to earn a small income, but they struggle daily to make ends meet. Though they work hard, Henry often goes without daily necessities. Through sponsorship, Henry will receive things like nutritious meals, durable clothing, basic medical care, and a continuing education.

Receive your welcome packet in the mail with more info on your child
Continue giving monthly or annually to meet your child's needs and write letters to stay in touch
Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
