Jonah is a very active boy who loves to run around outside. In his free time, he can often be found playing on the soccer field with his friends. When Jonah is in school, he works hard so that he can one day become a teacher and help educate others. Jonah may be young, but he knows a lot about the negative effects of poverty. His parents are peasants in the community and they earn very little. They want to see their son have a successful future, but cannot afford basic essentials. Through sponsorship, Jonah will receive things like nutritious meals, clothing, basic medical care, and a continuing education.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
