A hardworking, diligent student, Kato loves learning how to write at school. Someday, he has dreams of continuing his education and becoming a teacher for the children in his village. When Kato is not studying, he can often be found dancing and playing soccer with his friends. Kato?s life has been difficult since his father divorced his mother. Although his mother works diligently to ensure her nine children receive their basic necessities, she often struggles to make ends meet. Sponsorship will now provide Kato with things like nutritious food, durable clothing, and a continuing education.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
