Fiona is an outgoing and sociable girl who loves to meet new people. She has many hobbies, including singing and playing soccer with her friends. Her dream is to become a lawyer when she grows up, so she is working hard to earn good grades in school, especially in her English language class.
Fiona is no stranger to hardship. Fiona’s father was killed in 2013, and the rest of the family became refugees after war broke out in their home country of South Sudan. Fiona’s mother does her best to provide for her five children, but they often struggle to make ends meet. Sponsorship will provide Fiona with things like nutritious meals, clothing, and a quality education.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
