John is an active boy who can often be found playing soccer with his friends during his free time. He works hard to earn good grades in school and especially enjoys his social studies class. One day, John hopes to continue his education to become an accountant.
John is no stranger to poverty. While both his parents work odd jobs around the village when they can, they earn only meager wages for their hard work. It’s often not enough to make ends meet. Despite their best efforts, John often goes without his daily needs. Sponsorship will provide John with things like nutritious meals, medical care, and a quality education.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
