Joshua is a friendly young boy who brings joy to everyone he meets. In school, his favorite class is mathematics. When not in school, he loves playing soccer with his friends in the village. One day, Joshua dreams of going to college to become a doctor so that he can help the heal sick in his community. Joshua has experienced devastating poverty and tragedy in his young life. At a very young age, he lost his aunt to HIV/AIDS. His parents as poor peasants could not provide the financial support he needed for food and education. Through sponsorship, Joshua will receive things like nutritious meals and a continuing education.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
