Dan is a quiet and reserved young boy who has big hopes and dreams for his future. He is doing his best to earn good grades in school and likes his English class especially. When Dan has free time, he likes to play soccer with his friends and sing songs. One day, with a desire to pour into other children in need, he would like to become the headmaster of a school. Life has been very challenging for Dan. His mother and father have both abandoned him, so his grandmother is his sole caretaker. Due to her inability to earn much income, she is often unable to provide for her grandson in the way that he needs. Through sponsorship, Dan will now receive things like nutritious meals and a continuing education.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
