Josam is an outgoing young boy with a smart mind and determined personality. He works diligently in school where his favorite class is math. Someday, Josam hopes to continue his schooling to become a doctor so that he can help the sick and hurting people in his village. Until he accomplishes that goal, he loves spending his free time playing soccer with his friends. Josam?s parents are hardworking peasants. Unfortunately, they have a difficult time finding stable jobs and therefore, they do not have a reliable income. Often, Josam?s needs go unmet. Through sponsorship, Josam will now receive things like nutritious meals and a continuing education.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
