Nabira is known for her friendly and energetic personality. She likes playing with her siblings and making up songs and dances to perform. Nabira also finds fulfillment in attending school and learning about the world around her. When she grows up, she hopes to become a doctor. Nabira?s family is extremely poverty stricken. She has several siblings, which makes providing for everyone difficult for her parents. Nabira?s parents work hard, but what they earn is nowhere near enough to continue their daughter?s schooling. Through sponsorship, Nabira will receive things like nutritious food and a continuing education.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
