Sharon is an outgoing girl who can often be found playing netball with her friends. She also enjoys learning about the Bible, which is why she is thankful for its incorporation in her classes. She loves to pray to God each day. One day, Sharon hopes to become a doctor so she can help care for the sick and injured in her community.
Sharon is all too familiar with poverty. Both her parents rely on odd jobs for work and are unable to bring in sufficient income. Sharon and her two brothers often go without their daily needs. Through sponsorship, Sharon will receive things like nutritious meals, durable clothing, and a quality education.

How Sponsorship Works
Choose a child to sponsor from the country of your choice
Receive your welcome packet in the mail with more info on your child
Continue giving monthly or annually to meet your child's needs and write letters to stay in touch

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
