Joel is a reserved little boy with a love for playing soccer with his friends in his free time. Even though he is quiet, he has an active mind and enjoys learning in school, especially in his Bible class. One day, he hopes to help his community through becoming a farmer.
Joel is no stranger to hardship. Both of Joel’s parents work whatever odd jobs they can find to try to support their five children. But without a reliable income, they struggle to afford their basic needs, let alone pay for school fees. Through sponsorship, Joel will receive things like nutritious meals, durable clothing, and a quality education.

How Sponsorship Works
Choose a child to sponsor from the country of your choice
Receive your welcome packet in the mail with more info on your child
Continue giving monthly or annually to meet your child's needs and write letters to stay in touch

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
