Sharon is a kind young girl who loves to go swimming with her friends. She is working hard to do well in school, especially in learning more about the Bible in her classes. Sharon knows an education is important if she wants to become a doctor someday and help the sick people in her community.
Sharon is no stranger to hardship. Sharon’s parents search tirelessly for work each day, but they earn very little for their hard work and struggle to provide for their three children. They want to encourage Sharon to reach her dreams, but they can’t afford her education without help. Sponsorship will provide Sharon with things like nutritious food and a quality education.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
