Wilson is an active little boy who often spends his free time playing soccer with his friends. He recently started school, and he already enjoys learning his numbers. Wilson also loves animals, with his favorite being a cow. He dreams of using his education to become a nurse one day. He would like to help keep his community healthy and strong.
Wilson is no stranger to poverty. His parents spend each day looking for odd jobs around the community, but they earn less than one dollar daily for their efforts. They struggle to make ends meet, and Wilson often goes without his basic needs.

Why sponsor a child?
“Child sponsorship is very rewarding because you know you're making a difference for that child. But the blessing you will receive far surpasses even the difference you make in the children's lives. You will see God at work!”
— Lita, Kentucky
“Sponsoring two little girls from Guatemala has changed the way I see life. As Christ-followers, we are called to love God and love others. I believe that we love God through loving others, and child sponsorship gives us the opportunity to do that.”
— Kayla, Virginia
“I believe child sponsorship is a way to touch the future. It's important to invest in the next generation, both here and around the world.”
— Margaret, California
