“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” – Matthew 28:19 (NIV)
Many people walk through life and feel like they don’t know their true purpose or what they’re supposed to do with their lives.
But as Christians, we discover our purpose once we allow Christ into our hearts. No matter if you’re a nurse, a teacher, a lawyer, or a stay-at-home parent, your calling is to spread the Good News to the ends of the earth.
The Great Commission wasn’t just for twelve men over 2,000 years ago. It’s for us today, as well. And one way you can fulfill that calling is by becoming a Bibles for All Ambassador.
What’s a Bibles for All Ambassador? Watch this video to find out.
Enoch, the young man in the video, says it best: “We have one mission here on earth. It’s to spread the Word of God and to tell people about Christ, and they come to Him. When you give out a Bible to someone, it’s like giving him life.”
Enoch is only 19 years old, but he already knows the value of owning a Bible … and the disappointment of not being able to afford one.
Enoch has watched his peers in Rwanda long to learn more about Jesus but struggle to do so without God’s Word.
They may be able to hear a local pastor preach a sermon, but they can’t study the Scriptures on their own. Even many pastors have to borrow Bibles.
If pastors themselves don’t have easy access to Bibles, you can image how hard it is for their church members to get one. And if they can’t study the Bible, they can’t grow in their relationship with God.
You can’t build a relationship with someone you barely know.
“You can’t grow up in the Spirit when you don’t have a Bible.” Enoch said. “When there is no Bible, there is no growth in the Spirit.”
By becoming a Bibles for All Ambassador, you can place a Bible into the hands of someone like Enoch every month.
In fact, your monthly gift of $30 will deliver three Bibles to Bible deserts where God’s Word is either scarce or too expensive for most Christians to afford.
You’ll send the Scriptures to countries like Guatemala, China, North Korea, Nigeria, Iran, and more. And since Christians often share their Bibles with trusted family and friends, one Bible has the potential to impact an average of five people.
That means after a year of sending three Bibles per month as a Bibles for All Ambassador, you will have reached around 180 people with God’s Word!
You can fulfill your calling of the Great Commission by sending God’s Word to the ends of the earth. You can share the Good News by becoming a Bibles for All Ambassador today.
